Harmony Week at Dandenong Plaza

With decades of experience in local community events, this Harmony Week celebration featured a vibrant array of cultural presentations across two stages in the plaza. The day was filled with dynamic performances, engaging children's workshops, and interactive language classes, all contributing to a colorful and lively celebration of diversity.

    World Congress of Phlebology

    The World Congress brought together world experts in the field of phlebology with over 1200 attendees and 67 countries represented. Cultural Infusion presenters shared a variety of energetic and vibrant expressions of culture at the conference.

      Messenger Dogs

      The Red Earth Arts Festival involved a three week-long event, dedicating more than 200 hours of programming in one month. Cultural Infusion produced 2 major flagship events including the Voices and Lights Concert (a vocal and light installation) at Hearson’s Cove and Many Faces Event, showcasing the many diverse expressions in the Shire of Roebourne. The total event management was provided including the marketing and creative direction for the event as well as the Karratha Community Celebration – a 2-day street fair comprising of more than 40 stalls, major staged performances and various workshops.

        Journey of Remembrance

        Journey of Remembrance director Lynne Kent used her background in shadow puppetry inspired to create a portable low-tech approach for a dramatic display of shadow and light. A ‘blind casting’ technique resulted in a culturally diverse cast; the show also cast real contemporary veterans of different genders and cultural backgrounds.

          Armistice

          In recognition of the 100-year anniversary of the Armistice and the end of World War One, the Armistice display reminds us to pause and honour those we lost and those who survived the Great War, a period of devastating horror, loss and separation in our world history.

            Australia Day Concerts

            The Australia Day Voyages Concert is presented by the Victorian Department of Premier and Cabinet. The concept of the VOYAGES concert was developed by Cultural Infusion Creative Services’ Creative Director Peter Mousaferiadis as an intercultural event celebrating all things Australian.

                UN Advanced Global Health Conference

                Cultural Infusion Creative Services was responsible for producing the opening and closing ceremonies for the United Nation’s 63rd Annual Department of Public Information/Non-Governmental Organisation Conference.

                  Parliament of World Religions

                  Peter Mousaferiadis was appointed the creative direction for the 2009 Parliament of the World’s Religions’ opening, closing and evening plenaries held at the Melbourne Convention and Entertainment Centre from 3-9 December 2009. Cultural Infusion worked creatively to produce events that were world class in their use of talent, staging of ‘spectacle’ and realisation of the theme – Make a World of Difference: Hearing each other, Healing the earth. With over 1300 performers, presenters and speakers coming from a wide range of the arts, many ethnic backgrounds and an even wider diversity of religions this creative production involved both professionals and amateurs at all levels.
